Their data connections are faster, much less expensive and far more reliable than legacy providers using only fiber, ADSL or cable networks. The company has established a redundant wireless network with more than 2500 sq. km of coverage in the Greater Vancouver region.

Uniserve
This investment is a continuing of our first investment in ParaSun. When Uniserve bought ParaSun, the companies were of about equal value. The two management teams are very complimentary and the business were very similar. We believe the combination will be very accretive and accordingly, we are re-investing in the new, combined company.
