Our most important mission is to provide our investors the highest possible returns we can generate.

Being Exceptionally Fair to Our Investors

We believe that investors deserve to be treated fairly. In many companies and investment funds, managers make money even when investors don't. We are committed to aligning the interests of management and shareholders. At FTII, our managers only make money when our investors do.

We commit to operate with the lowest possible operating costs to ensure that virtually all of our investors' capital is put to work generating returns, not paying management fees or salaries.

Being Equally Fair to Our Investee Companies

While our first job is to maximize returns for our shareholders, we also set an equally high standard for being fair and equitable to our investee companies and entrepreneurs.

We believe being fair to our investee companies will generate higher returns than if we were opportunistic and tried to make our agreements overly beneficial to FTII. In other words, we are convinced the way to make the most money is to create fair and motivating alignment between the shareholders and the management of our investee companies.

Transparent Communication

We are committed to open, transparent communications with our shareholders. We want our investors to know how their money is working for them. Using the internet, we can provide a great deal of high quality information while making sure we minimize our operating costs.
