The Fundamental Technologies II Net Asset Value per Share was $12.91 on March 31, 2009.

Our fund has certainly been impacted by the overall economic conditions. We are pleased that our current asset mix is 85% cash.

The markets seem to be stabilizing and we are spending more time looking at new investment opportunities.
