FTII Investee MetroBridge Completes IPO

We are pleased to report that MetroBridge Networks has completed its Initial Public Offerring. This is the first IPO in our portfolio.

FTII invested in MetroBridge on June 20, 2006 at $0.45 per share.

Basil Peters was the Chairman of MetroBridge from October 2004 to December 2006.

The company went public through a Capital Pool Company (CPC) transaction.

MetroBridge raised approximately $8 million through the sale of units comprised of one share and one warrant.
