FTII is currently closed to new investors.

We have been conservative with cash since the financial turmoil starting the latter part of 2007. Our pace of new investment picked up in 2010. When most of our current cash is invested, FTII may open to new subscriptions. If you would like to be notified when we are accepting new investment, please email Basil at the address on our Contact Us page.

Accredited Investors

FTII currently relies on the BC Securities Commission Private Issuer exemption. To invest, you must be an Accredited Investor or a close personal friend or close business associate of one of the directors or senior officers of FTII.

If you have decided you would like to make an investment, our preference is that you complete the Word version of our subscription agreement by typing in your information, pasting in your electronic signature and emailing the documents back to us.

If that is not convenient for you, please print, manually sign and fax or mail the documents back to us. We will convert them to a PDF, and will be pleased to send the electronic version back to you for your records.
